EXPERIENCES IN CONSTRUCTIONS:

 

2012 -2014:

Architectural and Structural design of a private Villa in New Assuit city, Egypt: Land is 980 Sq meter, Main building 350 Sq meter, 4 floors with execution and site supervision including  QA/QC of the construction works.

2011 – 2012:

Preparing and reviewing the technical specifications for AlRAYADAH project, Jeddah, KSA. The technical specifications include General, Civil, Structural, Archetectural, Mechanical, and Electrical specifications according to CSI format for as per the following scope of work:

 

Position                    : Quality Assurance Manager/ Deputy Project Manager.

Consultant               :  Soliman Abdallah El-Khereiji consultant office (SAK), Jeddah, KSA.

Project Name          : Bay La Sun – Track 2, King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).

Client                         : EMAAR

Project Manager     : Turner Arab

Contractor                : Saudi Bin-Ladin Group (SBG).

Build Up Area          : 75,000 Sq. m.

Project Value           : 240 Million SR.

Scope of Work    : Developing and implementing quality assurance, control systems of works and close monitoring all activities. Make quality surveillance on site frequently. Reporting to the concern accordingly any issues may arise. Follow up all issues to be done according to the specifications. Review site inspections, test plans according to the project specifications and the standards. Check the approved materials according to the specifications. Make co-ordinations among the consultant team and between the consultant and the contractor. Attend and share in the related meetings (QA/QC, Progress, Health and Safety, project closeout, etc). Make assessments of the Contractors and the sub-contractors. Review curriculum of the candidates for the contractor positions. Carry the duties of the Project Engineer since April 2008. Assist the Project manager in payment certificates, variation orders, and claims review and approvals.

                                       Monitoring all MEP systems testing and commissioning, finishing works, and project closing-out procedure. Following and controlling the critical issues to achieve the best solution. Leading the site team work in all aspects.

                                       Also, at the same time working as deyuty project manger carrying out all the RE duties.

  1. Projects Manager at Code office for Engineering consultations, Buraydah branch, KSA. (Scope of work: Architectural design, Structural design, projects supervision, QC/QA, Projects Management, general office administration, and Surveying works.

  2. Architectural and Structural design of a private Villa in Buraydah city, KSA: Land is 2500 Sq meter, Main building 300 Sq meter, 3 floors, 100 Sq meter attachment with site supervision including QA/QC of the construction works.

2005 – 2006:

  1. In-Site investigation of an old building within the Faculty of Engineering Researches and Consultant Centre activities.

  2. Architectural and Structural design of a private Villa in New Assiut city, Egypt: Land is 500 Sq meter, Main building 200 Sq meter, 3 floors with site supervision including QA/QC of the construction works.

  3. Architectural and Structural design for different private buildings followed by site supervision and QA/QC of the construction works.

2000 – 2005:

  1. Construction consultant for private buildings, Leeds, UK. (Private Projects consulting)

1998 – 2000:

  1. Structural design of several private buildings and Villas followed by site supervision and QA/QC of the construction works, Egypt.  (Private Projects)

1995 – 1998:

  1. Historical buildings conservation and documentation during Ph.D. Studies.

  2. Construction consultations for some of the private buildings and Villas. (Private projects consulting)

1986 – 1995:

  1. Architectural and Structural design of several private buildings and Villas followed by site supervision and QA/QC of the construction works. (Private projects)

  2. Architectural and Structural design of a private Villa in Dairout city, Egypt: Land is 270 Sq meter, Main building 167 Sq meter, 3 floors with execution and site supervision including  QA/QC of the construction works.

  3. Architectural and Structural design of a private Villa in Dairout city, Egypt: Land is 270 Sq meter, Main building 186 Sq meter, 3 floors with execution and site supervision including  QA/QC of the construction works.

  4. QA/QC and Structural Design Engineer of several governmental and none-governmental projects followed by site supervision, part time job at Engineering design and consultation office (Prof. Abdel-Rahman Megahed).
